About The Position

The Brand Manager at Sauna360 will play a key role in growing and strengthening our iconic Tylö and Helo sauna brands across consumer channels and dealer networks. This role focuses on translating established brand strategies into consistent, high-quality execution that drives awareness, engagement, and measurable business impact in a rapidly expanding wellness category. This role is highly hands-on. You will build campaigns, manage deliverables, execute digital programs, lead product launches, and support brand integrations across the portfolio. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, along with five to seven years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.
  • A proven ability to execute marketing programs in premium consumer, wellness, outdoor, or lifestyle categories with both B2C and B2B components.
  • Experience leading product launches, managing cross functional inputs, and delivering projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills that support clear alignment with sales teams, dealers, and internal partners.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Sprout.
  • A hands on, organized, and data driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and translate KPIs into meaningful action.

Responsibilities

  • Take established brand strategies for Tylö and Helo and convert them into clear execution plans that drive day to day marketing results.
  • Execute SEO, paid media, social, email, and website initiatives while coordinating vendors and internal resources for measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the full go to market execution for new products under the Helo brand and ensure all assets, messaging, and timelines are delivered with precision.
  • Deliver the content calendar and managing social and influencer programs that build awareness and strengthen community connection.
  • Create toolkits, manage digital assets, maintain syndicated dealer sites, and provide timely communications that equip dealers to represent the brand.
  • Adapting quickly, filling operational gaps, resolving brand channel conflicts, and applying process discipline to a growing marketing organization.
