Looking for a Brand Manager who wants to lead with an enterprise mentality — not just brands. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this role will help lead the operation while accelerating market share and fortifying brand equity for category-leading brands.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Marketing (preferably Brand Management)
  • At least 3 years of experience with media and creative agencies.
  • Bachelor’s in marketing administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong collaboration skills, results orientation, and analytical profile.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Intermediate–Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

  • Good written and communication skill to communicate with all company management levels.
  • Master’s in Marketing desirable

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Business Ownership • Own brand strategy, execution, and performance for assigned brands in Puerto Rico. • Translate Global and US Brand Growth Plans into executable local plans. • Act as the brand authority in market and represent the brand in leadership forums. • Make informed decisions and manage trade‑offs with minimal escalation.
  • Financial & Investment Accountability • Own A&P budgets, WBS structures, and PO management. • Partner closely with Finance to track performance and ROI / ROA. • Ensure financial discipline, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Execution Excellence & Agency Leadership • Lead creative, media, and digital agencies end‑to-end. • Enforce Haleon Ways of Working and briefing standards. • Ensure assets are compliant, approved, and activated on time.
  • Innovation & Portfolio Management • Lead local launch readiness for innovations and restages. • Coordinate forecasts, claims readiness, and execution. • Manage SKU prioritization, discontinuations, and portfolio optimization.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership • Serve as brand lead with Sales, Supply, Regulatory, Finance, and Digital. • Communicate risks early and drive alignment through clarity and follow‑through.
  • Performance Management & Analytics • Track sales, share, distribution, and execution KPIs. • Use insights to drive action and corrective measures. • Prepare concise, decision‑oriented leadership updates.
  • Leadership Behaviors & Culture • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and bias for action. • Apply strong judgment under ambiguity. • Model Haleon’s performance culture: Debate, Decide, Commit.
