The Brand Manager integrates and enhances supplier marketing programs and initiatives. This involves collaborating with external suppliers to align marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility. The Brand Manager will monitor sales results to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and assist the sales team in developing strong supplier relations, executing plans, and achieving goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; plus (3) year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Cicerone certification highly preferred.
  • Experience working for supplier highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with assigned supplier representatives.
  • Assist in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans with suppliers.
  • Communicate plans to the sales department via meetings and other communication forms.
  • Use analysis of internal sales reports, industry information and supplier data to build plans and monitor results.
  • Create sales incentive programs, track and review results with Sales manager and recommend course correction when needed.
  • Work with marketing/sales manager to develop marketing plans and adhere to supplier marketing budgets.
  • Negotiate supplier co-op programs.
  • Assist in the tracking of supplier tactical co-op budgets.
  • Work with suppliers and company representatives in the market to ascertain program effectiveness and identify other potential opportunities.
  • Develop and make presentations to key customers as assigned.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
