About The Position

Piping Rock Health Products continues to grow! As the Brand Manager you will be accountable for the creation and execution of promotional optimization, business financial plans, P&L management, monthly sales forecasting, innovation project management, packaging and pricing strategy. Responsibilities: Additional duties as assigned Help drive strategic brand planning; managing the execution on the marketing plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of the budget Create strategy for new launches and works directly with COGS Complete management of the Pink brand including the ideation to the development stages Driving growth and profitability of the Pink brand Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all facets of marketing Competitive brand analysis Sales analysis using POS and Nielsen Data Review and ensure the profitability of deals Procurement Lead the development of new items Inventory analysis and planning Competitive analysis and current trends Manage vendor relationships Managing the end-to-end process of Pink marketing, distribution and promotional programs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Experience in the CPG industry a plus Ability to understand how to identify/interpret trends May oversees advertising, events and public relationships Analytic & strategic thinking along with financial planning experience and creative thinking Proven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring direct marketing campaigns Advanced Excel and power point skills is a must We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more! Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Ability to understand how to identify/interpret trends
Analytic & strategic thinking along with financial planning experience and creative thinking
Proven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring direct marketing campaigns
Advanced Excel and power point skills is a must

Nice To Haves

Experience in the CPG industry a plus
