About The Position

The Brand Manager at Hill's Pet Nutrition is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve financial and market share objectives. This role involves leading go-to-market planning for product launches, promotional activations, and managing brand P&L. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and simplify brand operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science Quantitative Disciplines or a Related Subject
  • 3+ years of brand marketing, retail marketing or commercial agency experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover measurable insights in large datasets
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to achieve operational results
  • Influence independently, negotiate effectively and build relationships with cross-functional team members

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in Animal Healthcare or Human Healthcare
  • Digital/eComm marketing knowledge
  • Knowledge of Retail Environment strategy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and handle ambiguity
  • CPG marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop omni-channel marketing, communication and media strategies using insights & analytics to drive share growth
  • Identify issues/opportunities, analyze and propose action plans to achieve brand objectives
  • Manage brand P&L and A&P budgets
  • Lead new product launch strategies
  • Participate in strategic brand planning and overall brand communications plans
  • Gain Senior Management alignment to brand strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Manage large cross-functional teams to lead commercialization efforts
  • Develop and lead omni-channel execution and go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Lead the creative development of brand marketing IMCs
  • Develop & monitor media campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
  • Drive the execution of margin improvement and revenue growth management initiatives
  • Analyze data and identify key insights for measurable marketing plans
  • Support Long Lead Planning, Budget Review, and Mid-Year Review
  • Recommend areas for brand improvement and remediation
