About The Position

The new Brand Manager for US Mass Scenting will bring an entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for fragrances to the team. Given the lateral and collaborative nature of our Mass Scenting Team, this person will have the opportunity to truly impact and grow the brands with the support and visibility of Coty CB Leadership. As our Brand Manager for US Mass Scenting, you are responsible for the US Brand Development of your Brands. In partnership with the Global Marketing Teams, you will drive the planning, forecasting, sell-in, and building of your brands in the US Market; creating and activating a 360 comprehensive marketing plan that supports both core and innovation; driving timelines to meet our key retailer needs. The team consists of the Brand Manager for US Mass Scenting working closely together with the rest of the US Mass Scenting Team and reporting in to the Senior Director of US Mass Scenting, as well as collaborating with several departments such as Global Marketing and Sales. All your colleagues are entrepreneurial and collaborative, demonstrating ownership of their piece of the business as well as willingness to support each other. Requirements

  • 5+ years of related marketing experience in a beauty category
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint Skills a Must
  • Comfortable at Public Speaking

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Mass Market brands and EComm first activation
  • Should be driven, creative, and strategic

Responsibilities

  • Generate brand specific innovation P&Ls and drive approvals
  • Create Brand Specific Marketing Plans
  • Present New Launches and Marketing Plans to Customers
  • Update and disseminate Brand Tool-Kits Monthly
  • Lead consumer-centric strategies to drive brands
