Requirements

• A proven track record of success in luxury automotive sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or client focused relationship management. Applicants without prior relevant experience will be rejected immediately. This role requires demonstrated success and is not suitable for candidates seeking training or entry into the luxury sector.
• Professional maturity, polish, and the ability to earn trust in high level client interactions.
• Strong closing ability, refined communication skills, and confidence conducting business with discerning clientele.
• Genuine passion for automotive craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and brand heritage.
• Comfort with CRM systems and technology, with the ability to adapt quickly in a performance driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to commute to Brentwood, TN 37027 required.
• No relocations.
• Full time position and working saturdays required.

• Develop mastery of each brand’s identity, heritage, and innovation, serving as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.
• Represent Carlock Motorcars Nashville at private events, exclusive viewings, and brand activations, embodying the prestige of the marques we represent.
