About The Position

The Brand Manager will lead the US strategic portfolio management of the Pain Complementary Care (Externals & Sleep) business at Kenvue. In this role, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the portfolio architecture, performance, and measurement process across the category and competitive landscape, as well as the overall integrated business planning process for Kenvue's Externals & Sleep brands: TYLENOL® Precise, BENGAY®, TYLENOL® PM, MOTRIN® PM, and Simply Sleep. This position is critical for driving success in product launch activation and measurement. The Brand Manager will be an integral part of activating the US 3-year operating model and will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team. Kenvue is seeking a highly strategic and analytical leader to join the Pain Care leadership team and enhance the portfolio and growth strategy. The role reports to the Sr Mgr Pain Adult Tylenol & Megabrand and is a hybrid position located in Summit, New Jersey, United States.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
  • A minimum of a BA/BS in Marketing or a business-related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive commercial experience is highly preferred.
  • Marketing or sales experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required.
  • Strong analytical and insights management experience required.
  • Candidate must have superior leadership skills and demonstrated track record to lead cross-functional projects and ability to present strategy at senior levels.
  • Experience through different product life cycles (mature brand, new launch, turnaround).
  • P&L/financial management and business/strategic planning experience are required.

  • An MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of the category and competitive landscape to best share our portfolio strategy across long-term horizon.
  • Develop, lead, and execute strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the Franchise, including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • Achieve sales, consumption, and share objectives for the Franchise.
  • Guide the development of current and/or future forecast for all brands within the Franchise and updates throughout the year.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Business Intelligence, Sales, Operations to achieve brand / business outcomes.
  • Create a high-performance culture that instills integrity, creativity, teamwork, insight and excellence throughout the marketing organization.
  • Manage people and support their professional development.
  • Ability to manage a complex portfolio.

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124.100,00 - $175.200,00
