About Bish’s RV & Wayfinder RV: Bish’s RV is a nationally recognized RV dealership with a mission to help families build memories and experience the joy of the outdoors. Our private label brand, Wayfinder RV, is built to empower more people to find their path to adventure with affordable RVs designed by campers for campers. We're a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative team that believes in having fun while driving results. Internship Overview: We’re looking for a Brand Management Intern to join our marketing team and support the growth of Wayfinder RV. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real digital campaigns and get an inside look at what it takes to manage and grow a brand in a competitive market. If you’re a driven, detail-oriented student with a passion for marketing and a love of the outdoors, we want to meet you.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- A creative mindset and an interest in storytelling and brand building
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, project-driven environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment
- Curiosity and hunger to improve your skills
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
Nice To Haves
- Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Google Search Console
- Interest in RVing, the outdoors, or travel
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Assist with copywriting and strategy for various marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports
- Collaborate with the team to improve user experience and update product content
- Bring new, creative ideas to help grow the Wayfinder RV brand
