Requirements

  • Experience N/A
  • Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Interest in creative operations and technology trends
  • Strategic problem-solving
  • Business acumen
  • Design sensibilities, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking
  • Technical proficiency and functional knowledge of Adobe software and capabilities
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
  • Report development and analytics.
  • Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
  • Job shadowing in other functional areas.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
  • Facilitate collaboration: Establish and facilitate a functional workgroup of enterprise creatives
  • Audit capabilities: Assess and map the existing creative technical capabilities within the organization
  • Identify gaps: Document technical pain points, needs, and growth opportunities
  • Research and benchmark: Analyze creative industry standards, best practices, and emerging technical capabilities
  • Strategic proposal: Identify priority areas and develop a proposal for future optimization and enhancement.
