About The Position

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is being rebuilt into a modern, daily destination where millions of users engage, play, shop, and earn entries for life-changing prizes. We’re transforming PCH into a habit-driven entertainment platform — simple, exciting, and rewarding — with a focus on transparency, culture, and daily engagement. We’re hiring a Brand Lead who will also be the face of PCH. This is not a traditional brand role. It's a high-output, on-camera creator position with real ownership - you'll build a recognizable presence across platforms, produce daily content, and turn PCH into a living, breathing brand people come back to every day.

Requirements

  • A proven content creator with strong on-camera presence
  • Comfortable producing content daily at scale
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta
  • Strong instincts for hooks, retention, and virality
  • Able to shoot, edit, and publish independently
  • Can build (or already has) a following tied to a brand
  • High energy and highly creative
  • Fast-moving and experimental
  • Strong intuition for attention and storytelling
  • Naturally engaging and relatable

Responsibilities

  • Be the Face of PCH - Serve as the primary on-camera personality - representing PCH across social, product moments, and prize experiences. You'll build familiarity, trust, and excitement at scale.
  • Run the Daily Content Engine - Produce 2–5+ pieces of content per day across repeatable, scalable formats, including: “Come enter with me” flows
  • Prize countdowns and hype
  • Reactions, wins, near-wins
  • Street-style interviews (“What would you do if you won?”)
  • Watch / play / shop integrations
  • Drive Daily User Behavior - Use content to increase daily return frequency, entries per user, engagement across watch, play, and shop - making participation feel like a daily ritual.
  • Modernize Prize Moments - Help evolve Prize Patrol into a social-first experience by participating in winner reveals, viral prize storytelling, and high-impact content moments.
  • Test, Learn, Scale - Rapidly test hooks, formats, and messaging. Double down on what performs. Move fast, and iterate constantly.
