The Brand & Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager at Credibly is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining the brand narrative and orchestrating the successful entry of products into the marketplace. This role bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and tactical market execution, ensuring that every launch drives brand equity and customer acquisition, and leverages data-driven insights to create effective strategies that support business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Strategy or Product Marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful Go-to-Market launches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to translate complex financial products into compelling, human-centric brand stories.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools used to measure brand reach and conversion.
  • Expert at managing multiple high-stakes projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to refine GTM tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot to drive efficient GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines Crediby’s unique value proposition and ensures a consistent voice across all customer touchpoints, including in AI-driven search, LLMs, and emerging discovery platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market process for new product features and services, aligning cross-functional teams from product to sales to ensure seamless launches.
  • Conduct deep competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation within the financial services sector.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on value propositions and core messaging to identify the most effective ways to engage the small business owner audience.
  • Proactively vet, test, and scale new marketing channels to expand brand awareness and reach untapped customer segments.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to create a continuous feedback loop, ensuring the brand evolves based on real-world customer interactions and business needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative lifecycle—from brief to distribution—ensuring all website, email, and social content is engaging, high-quality, and compliant.
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all brand and GTM experiments remain fully compliant with financial industry regulations (e.g., TCPA, FINRA).
