As a Brand Expert, you will be the face of Charlotte Tilbury in-store, providing exceptional makeup artistry, personalized customer service, and sharing the magic of Charlotte’s beauty philosophy. You will inspire and educate customers by demonstrating the application of our iconic products and help them feel confident and beautiful.

• Previous experience in beauty retail or makeup artistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with expert product knowledge and makeup artistry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and customizing beauty solutions.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the counter, ensuring it is always customer-ready.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays to promote new launches and ensure brand consistency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive and creative work environment.
• Participate in brand events and trainings to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends.
