Requirements

Must be a Licensed Aesthetician
Understand the "Why" behind skincare, knowing if a product is ungluing cells or eating them (The Scientist)
Ability to translate complex ingredients like Niacinamide or Lactic Acid into understandable immediate benefits for guests (The Translator)
Ready to use social media for self-promotion to showcase results and grow your brand (The Hustler)
Possess high energy and be comfortable leading confident consultations and making bold retail recommendations (The Extrovert)
Be prepared to answer clinical questions on the spot during a phone interview, such as: How does a chemical peel differ from an enzyme in terms of cellular interaction? What is the main function of Salicylic acid for an acneic guest? How do you layer products based on molecular weight and skin type?
