Brand Development Manager
About The Position
StableDry Services provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services to Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky and West Virginia. Join our team as a Brand Development Manager! This role will support the brands that make up the StableDry family in building their presence in their local markets. From traditional marketing to events, this role will be crucial in building the visibility of each brand in its community, turning team members into brand advocates, and generating demand.
Requirements
- Servant-leader mindset.
- 3-5 years experience in a comparable role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Ambassador for the Company’s culture, purpose and vision.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with graphic design tools a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and prioritize referral source and partnership opportunities.
- Manage local partnerships in conjunction with the general manager of the business.
- Work with sales to build out a self-generated lead program.
- Identify and pursue events, trade shows or sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand’s goals.
- Coordinate and manage the budget associated with programs.
- Manage local TV and radio budget.
- Measure and report on market penetration, referral activity, and outcomes.
- Measure and report on the impact of traditional media on brand awareness, lead generation, etc.
