Join our Central Division as a Brand Development Manager and spearhead the 2026 business plan that will shape the future of our dealer network. Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer Drive Growth: Own the 2026 HVAC business plan, pricing strategy, and product‑mix optimization to boost profitability. Dealer Success: Build and manage the New Dealer Recruitment Program, design elite training curricula (Elite, AIM, Pro Partner, Step‑Up, Gree), and launch performance‑based incentives, recognition programs, and the Texas Dealer Advisory Committee. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to develop BI tools, Salesforce dashboards, and a comprehensive HVAC budget that includes dealer incentives and social‑media campaigns. Strategic Events: Lead the Centralized Dealer Meeting, represent the company at manufacturer events, and create high‑impact networking experiences for top‑performing dealers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (required).
  • 1+ year of counter‑sales experience; HVAC experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of air‑conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable using data‑analysis tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem‑solving, customer‑service, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and lift equipment up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the 2026 HVAC business plan and pricing structure.
  • Create dealer recruitment, training, and development programs for Territory Managers.
  • Implement BI and Salesforce tracking tools to monitor dealer performance.
  • Coordinate the 2026 Centralized Dealer Meeting and Texas Dealer Advisory Committee.
  • Collaborate on hub strategy, branch optimization, and inventory depth for high‑demand items.
  • Design and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual dealer incentive budgets and social‑media initiatives.
