About The Position

Requirements

6+ years of experience in visual design for the web.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS; familiarity with Three.js, GSAP, Next.js, and React.
Capability to manage projects independently without relying on handoffs.
Strong design judgment and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
An understanding of interaction, motion, and storytelling in web design.
Excitement for experimentation and learning through practical application.
A compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed.
Open to feedback and capable of refining work autonomously.
A proactive and efficient work attitude.
