Anthropic is looking for a Brand Designer to define how our brand is expressed internally, bringing the same creative ambition to our internal culture that we bring to our public presence. The Brand Design team introduces what's new and what's next, and this role extends that mandate inward: you'll create the breakthrough creative moments that shape how our company experiences itself, then build the systems that let those ideas scale. This is a craft leadership position on a small, high-leverage team. We're looking for someone with the creative judgment to spot the opportunities that become defining internal moments, and the systematic thinking to turn those moments into lasting impact and infrastructure. The breakthroughs demonstrate the judgment; the systems that follow are what make the impact durable. Reporting to the Head of Brand Design, you'll own the creative direction for Anthropic's internal brand experience, from flagship company events and launch celebrations to the week-to-week communications that keep our team connected. You'll partner closely with internal communications and workplace teams while working as a peer alongside the rest of the Brand Design team.
