About The Position
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Graco Brand and will lead the finance team for Global infant and toddler car seats. This position will work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales/Customer Planning, Operations Finance, International Finance, and other functions to drive profitable growth across the Baby car seat portfolio of products. This role is responsible for providing financial insights that guide category assortment decisions, profit and loss optimization, and long-term strategic planning. This role will support the new product development process, with a focus on cost and profitability of new product launches. This role will need to provide timely and accurate financial information and recommendations to leadership and therefore should be comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible environment.
