About The Position

The Brand Coordinator is a critical member of the Integrated Brand Marketing team—supporting brand storytelling across retail, DTC, wholesale, and experiential channels. You will sit at the intersection of sample coordination to support creative, retail and wholesale marketing, and event execution, ensuring organization, communication, and follow‑through across fast‑moving brand priorities. About the Job Sample Coordination (50%) Oversee the receiving, tagging, organizing, storing, and tracking of all seasonal samples to support the creative and brand teams. Maintain an organized sample library by season—ensuring accurate check‑ins/outs and quick accessibility for campaigns, PDP shoots, retail, wholesale, partnerships, and events. Coordinate sample pulls for style‑outs, rack reviews and in-house productions. Support PDP and campaign shoots by prepping samples, documenting needs, and ensuring accurate return/reset post‑shoot. Partner cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Creative, and Production to track sample statuses, discrepancies, and timing. Retail & Wholesale Marketing Support (50%) Support execution of retail and wholesale marketing moments (launches, community events, always-on marketing). Coordinate logistics for store openings, seasonal events, and partner activations in retail stores. Ensure brand assets, product for store events, and marketing materials are delivered to store and wholesale partners. Support wholesale marketing needs and ensuring agreement between brand priorities and partner requests. Events & Experiential Support Provide on‑site support for brand events, ambassador experiences, community activations and pop‑ups. Support event planning logistics including packing lists, shipping coordination, inventory checks, setup/breakdown assistance, asset organization, and vendor communication. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Social, Retail, Wholesale, and PR/Partnership teams to support 360° brand storytelling. Maintain calendars, timelines, and trackers that support smooth execution across teams. Draft and share sample status updates and cross‑functional communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, production, communications, retail/wholesale marketing, or sample management (fashion or consumer brand experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to lift, organize, and transport product samples as needed for shoots and events.
  • A love for process: you create structure, improve workflows, and keep things moving.
  • Ability to travel monthly and occasionally support weekend events
  • This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
