About The Position
Jumpstart your advertising career with the Motive BRAND BUILDERS LAB! This is more than an internship—it's a fast-paced, full-time, train-to-hire experience where you’ll dive headfirst into the exciting world of advertising and marketing. Over the course of the program, you’ll gain hands-on, mentored experience, all while contributing to real client work. Midway through, you’ll team up with other Brand Builder Interns to tackle an actual innovation brief—brainstorming big ideas, shaping strategy, building a killer deck, and presenting your solution to industry pros. Builders will be embedded within one of five departments— Creative, Digital Innovation, Content, Brand Experience or Strategy—while also engaging in cross-functional learning, mentorship, and agency-wide collaboration. This is your chance to pitch ideas, join brainstorms, shadow leaders, and contribute to the work we put out into the world.
