Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management or creative ideally in healthcare sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and executing global MarCom strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, storytelling and creative direction.
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills to collaborate effectively across regions.
  • Skilled in managing complex projects in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different disciplines to draft strategic plans and drive cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in agency management and budget oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead marketing and communications projects from initial assessment to final execution, managing internal teams and external agencies to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • You will ensure all business line marketing and communication materials are on-brand and aligned with the Cancer Care Narrative, translating value-based content into compelling, customer-centric messaging across global channels.
  • You will design and manage multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with product marketing and regional teams to generate Marketing Qualified Leads and optimize media strategies.
  • You will utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI, providing regular actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
