We are currently seeking Part-time Brand Ambassadors in our Ocala, FL markets and surrounding areas to join our energetic and winning team. This is not a seasonal position — we work all year , and we’re looking for individuals who want to grow with us. Paid training starts now! Customer service experience is a plus , as you will be interacting directly with event attendees, discussing our product offerings, and helping generate sales leads. Top hourly wage, plus bonuses! Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with the public
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to set up and take down our event sets
• Must have own vehicle and current, valid driver's license
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-based environment
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather- rain or shine!
• Reliable transportation to travel to booked shows and events

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand and attract visitors at home shows, fairs, and local events
• Staff booth at shows and actively engage with attendees
• Promote our bathroom remodeling products and give basic overviews
• Book in-home sales appointments and collect lead information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth presentation
• Engage passers-by and encourage participation in event promotions
• Collect and report leads to the Marketing Manager daily
