About The Position
Perched high on the volcanic slopes of Pritchard Hill, OVID Napa Valley produces profoundly expressive, limited-production wines inspired by transformation, discipline and place. Revered by collectors and sommeliers worldwide, OVID stands at the pinnacle of Napa Valley luxury — where power meets elegance and experimentation meets precision. We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to carry this story into the world. As the OVID Napa Valley Brand Ambassador, you are the living expression of the estate — cultivating relationships, driving DTC growth, and delivering unforgettable experiences for collectors, trade partners and luxury-industry stakeholders. You will host elevated tastings and intimate dinners, build a devoted client base, and protect OVID’s rarefied positioning — all with warmth, sophistication and impeccable discretion. You will also lead the OVID Brand Advocate Program, empowering influential hosts to introduce the wines to their most trusted circles.
Requirements
- Deep fine-wine knowledge
- Michelin-caliber hospitality experience
- Proven record selling ultra-luxury wine to UHNW clientele

Responsibilities
- Generate high-value DTC sales through proactive outreach and personalized engagement
- Plan and host elevated tastings, lunches, dinners and collector events with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of collectors and referral partners
- Deliver concierge-level hospitality that drives loyalty and lifetime value
- Protect pricing integrity and track performance against monthly and annual goals
- Serve as the polished, authoritative voice of OVID’s vineyard, wines and philosophy
- Inspire confidence and desire through master-level brand knowledge
- Uphold the highest standards of taste, discretion and professionalism
- Build visibility in top-tier on-premise accounts aligned with OVID’s luxury positioning
- Lead impactful tastings and presentations for trade and distributors
- Develop partnerships across fine dining, travel, philanthropy, wealth and luxury retail
- Represent OVID at exclusive festivals, auctions and lifestyle events
- Manage event logistics, samples, follow-up, CRM accuracy and reporting with precision
- Communicate proactively on performance, priorities and expenses
