Brand Ambassador and Guest Services Team Member Brand Ambassador Server (Guest Assistants) Cashier - Expediters Food Runners At Viva Chicken, we believe great food deserves great people. What Youll Do Deliver warm, personalized hospitality from the moment guests walk in until they leave Take orders accurately and efficiently while keeping things upbeat and organized Support the flow of service by expediting, running food, and assisting teammates as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards consistently Work as part of a team that values communication, accountability, and positivity What Youll Do as an Ambassador Identify leads for catering opportunities in a 5-mile radius by walking into businesses, hotels, and establishments to introduce yourself and Viva Chicken Be constantly in the community with goal of creating awareness utilizing marketing hello edible food drops. Work with the Catering team to identify new potential catering leads. What Were Looking For A polished, professional demeanor and attitude. Ambitious attitude and high energy. Comfortable being interactive and engaging with local businesses, in community grassroots marketing, and executing promotional events to drive foot traffic. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Restaurant or hospitality experience is required.
