We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager who knows how to spot meaningful opportunities—ranging from small, individual moments to larger-scale cultural or community-driven opportunities—and bring them to life in ways that feel authentic to Owala. You’ll partner closely with our Community, Content, and Brand teams to surface these moments through social listening, cultural awareness, and insights from our engaged consumer base. This role is ideal for someone scrappy, energetic, and highly proactive. Someone who can think strategically while thriving in execution—coordinating details, moving quickly, and delivering polished, reliable work. You’ll also build the frameworks, workflows, and annual roadmap that guide how we activate throughout the year.
