About The Position

The Branch Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient completion of daily tasks and effective use of company resources to meet organizational goals. In partnership with the Regional Manager, the Branch Supervisor may lead or assist with hiring, scheduling, training, performance feedback, and employee relations, while actively motivating and guiding the team to achieve success. Additionally, the Branch Supervisor will provide product expertise and technical support to deliver a positive customer experience and maintain strong business relationships.

Requirements

  • At least three years of supervisory experience, preferably as a Branch Lead or in a similar role, along with proven leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a team.
  • Paint knowledge and counter sales experience are essential to deliver excellent service and support daily operations.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Candidates must also demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, maintain confidentiality, and take pride in their work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
  • This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working around paint products and fumes, requiring continuous attention to detail and a commitment to a safe, customer-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree, vocational training in supervision, or relevant paint certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise branch staff, handling hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and a safe, efficient workplace.
  • Provide customer support, offering product expertise, handling complaints, and driving sales through proactive outreach.
  • Manage financial tasks, including bank deposits, sales transactions, and inventory analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other branches to support growth and service excellence.
