Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience .
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience .
  • Background in customer service, sales , or a related field.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • A positive, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Credit union experience is preferred.
  • Experience with IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members, providing outstanding service and accurate banking information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all member transactions.
  • Identify member needs and proactively offer relevant products and services.
  • Open and close the branch as needed.
  • Serve as second-in-command to the Branch Manager, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Support and coach team members to enhance the member experience.
  • Research and resolve account issues in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
  • Observe transactions and provide constructive feedback using coaching tools.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
