As a Part Time Branch Supervisor based in Weymouth, you'll be responsible for: Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within the branch to meet branch targets Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers Help to develop the customer base and increase sales Motivate the team to achieve goals Supervise the team to endure they are clear on their work priorities This is a Part Time position working 24 hours a week. The working pattern will be Monday - Thursday 12.00pm - 4.00pm and Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm OR 08.00am - 5.00pm Wednesday - Friday. You will also work Saturday mornings on a rota basis 8.00am - 12pm. Requirements

Proven track record in supervising a team
Prior Face to Face sales experience
Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers to build strong relationships

Nice To Haves

Previous industry or merchant experience would be desirable
