As a Branch Supervisor II, you will be responsible for the following: Ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. Ensuring each employee identifies members' financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions. Supervising and coordinating the activities of assigned branch personnel. Salary Range: This is an exempt position. The salary range is $74,891.55-$93,614.44 annually; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Schedule: Approximately 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday-Friday, rotating open/close shifts, & every other Saturday 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Education/Experience: You must have an associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field & four years of experience related to financial institutions (one year of the experience must be a supervisory level equivalent to a Branch and Floating Branch Supervisor I) is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certify through the Manager/Supervisor – Branch degree program of TFCU University. Maintain license to sell credit life and disability insurance. Complete and pass regulation tutorials. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority. NMLS/SAFE Act registration Keys to success: In order to be successful as a Branch Supervisor II, you must possess these qualifications: Great communication skills with internal and external members and a passion for helping the community Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines, lending policies and procedures, and cash handling standards Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B, and Reg. Requirements
