The Branch Supervisor Floater will be responsible for supporting the floating team daily while providing supervision, guidance and support as needed, including facilitating operations at branches without on-site management. The Branch Supervisor Floater also manages the floater schedule to optimize cost efficiency for the Credit Union while ensuring the operations needs of all branches are met. This position will float between branch locations to perform a variety of duties as needed, supporting branch operations, staff coverage, and member service.
