We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our LA Branch located in Cypress, CA. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

Requirements

HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
Clean driving record (required).
Computer skills (required).

Responsibilities

Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
