We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for Miami, FL. Job Description The selected candidate will:
Requirements
- Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
- Good customer service skills
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.
- Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.
- Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.
- Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.
