About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a growing, multi-location distribution organization to identify a Branch Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and develop high-performing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, inventory accuracy, cost control, and overall branch performance.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of operations or branch leadership experience
• Background in distribution, logistics, or inventory-driven environments
• Strong leadership, team development, and operational execution skills
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and process improvement
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and operational reporting

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, or regulatory compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch operations staff across warehouse, logistics, and support functions
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service excellence
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and returns processes
• Drive cost control initiatives and support budget management
• Implement process improvements and operational best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and performance optimization
