Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role supports the customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. The coordinator completes operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and performs routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization. The position also involves supporting the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling, resolving issues related to daily operations of the teller line under direction of regional banking management, and supporting customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. The coordinator receives guidance from managers and exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures, provides excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions, and identifies information and services to meet customers' financial needs. Additionally, the role involves motivating a diverse team to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives.
