The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role at Edward Jones is a fulfilling career opportunity where individuals team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role of the BOA is to provide comprehensive administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. Responsibilities

  • Team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
  • Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
  • Provide seamless support to clients.
  • Support client accounts.
  • Facilitate communication.
  • Ensure a positive client experience.
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry.
  • Handle account opening, account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
  • Process account transactions.
  • Prepare documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline processes with updating SOPs.
  • Strategically execute on the branch business plan.
