Requirements

  • Formal education in Marketing or a related field is preferred; however, demonstrated hands-on marketing experience is strongly valued and may substitute for a college degree
  • 0-1 year of marketing experience desired. Must have previous experience creating in Canva and creating social media content
  • Digital marketing and content creation experience, social media and email marketing proficiency, strong written communication and brand messaging skills, excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro: (for templates and quick turns), Figma (for occasional UI mockups), Monday.com (project management), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok (we create for all of them), Facebook, Total Expert

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running campaigns in Facebook ad manager a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design branded content across digital, social, email, web, and print
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and event coverage
  • Supports the retail sales branches by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, objectives and suggesting creative ways to increase brand awareness and conversion for all project requests.
  • Collaborate with creative team and provide creative briefs to produce promotional and digital material such as flyers, postcards, brochures, social media, web banners and trade show materials for Branch offices.
  • Familiar with social media best practices, including paid and organic strategies. Experience running campaigns in Facebook ad manager a plus.
  • Keep in contact with Loan Officers at assigned branch offices and follow up in email and phone communication.
  • Coordinates seminar events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, ensuring they are effectively marketed, RESPA-compliant and cost effective; coordinating with vendors; producing materials & presentations; ordering promotional items.
  • Event (virtual and in-person) planning for retail Branches and individual Loan Officers. This may include larger events, such as open houses and client appreciation events, but can also include smaller lunch and learns, golf sponsorships and home-buying webinars. Some travel may be required for event set-up.
  • Train and support Loan Officers on marketing software tools.
  • Organizing the production of branded items such as stationery and promotional merchandise; includes communication with the vendors, invoicing and tracking receipts.
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and marketing mix used by competitors.
  • Participate in group brainstorming sessions when required.
