About The Position

Security 101 is now recruiting for a Branch Coordinator responsible for data processing, order processing, scheduling, vehicle fleet management and general administrative and warehouse duties. The Security 101 offices are a business casual work environment.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office administrative environment or similar duties.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, email, internet.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
  • Maintains calendar and schedules various meetings, appointments and service calls.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our business partners, customers, strategic partners, and internal departments.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • High School (or GED) minimum requirement.
  • Must pass a background investigation and drug screening — no criminal records.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a service industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge in the electronic security industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking inventory and staging parts for the technicians.
  • Responsible for Fleet Vehicles and maintenance schedules.
  • Responsible for purchasing for parts inventory and office supplies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
  • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving.
  • Clear English language speaking voice.
