Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent related work experience
One year of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership training
Experience in networking within communities to attract new business and build strong relationships
Customer service experience
Leadership & Team Development: Ability to recruit, coach, and mentor high-impact talent while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Business Growth & Financial Acumen: Skilled in implementing business development strategies, managing portfolios, and analyzing financial data to drive profitability.
Community Engagement & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills to build partnerships and represent Royal in community initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Compliance: Expertise in managing branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to lead through change, embrace technology, and promote digital banking solutions for enhanced member experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent related work experience
One year of experience working in financial services (transaction processing, new accounts, loans, etc.)
FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) or other approved financial counseling certification.
