Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent related work experience
  • One year of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership training
  • Experience in networking within communities to attract new business and build strong relationships
  • Customer service experience
  • Leadership & Team Development: Ability to recruit, coach, and mentor high-impact talent while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Business Growth & Financial Acumen: Skilled in implementing business development strategies, managing portfolios, and analyzing financial data to drive profitability.
  • Community Engagement & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills to build partnerships and represent Royal in community initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Expertise in managing branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to lead through change, embrace technology, and promote digital banking solutions for enhanced member experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent related work experience
  • One year of experience working in financial services (transaction processing, new accounts, loans, etc.)
  • FiCEP Certification (CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program) or other approved financial counseling certification.
