Your day as a Branch Manager As the Branch Manager, you'll take the reins in overseeing the management and operation of our vibrant branch in Waukesha, WI. Your primary mission is to provide enthusiastic leadership in the retail space, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You'll be the driving force behind staffing, training, and evaluating team members, helping cultivate a knowledgeable crew that shares your commitment to excellence. In this exciting role, you'll also handle new account openings and the essential customer service functions that keep our clients smiling. Plus, you'll navigate the world of lending, overseeing the origination, underwriting, and closing of both secured and unsecured consumer and home equity loans. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of progressive banking experience is highly desirable.
Formal or informal leadership/management of a team.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Proficient math and computer skills such as with MS Office.
Ability to look at market segment and develop creative ideas and programs to develop available business.
Familiarity with local financial marketplace.
