This position requires strategic leadership, team development, and strong client relationship management.

Requirements

  • Valid ASRB Security License (must obtain and maintain).
  • Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of security operations and emergency response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours.
  • Stand and sit for at least 1 hour without a break.
  • Walk ½ mile without stopping.
  • Climb 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in security management or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of security technology and systems.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Familiarity with incident reporting and client communication protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, security management, or related field.
  • Experience in 24/7 security operations and budget management.
  • Prior Military Preferred
  • Pistol Permit
  • Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security supervisors and officers.
  • Promote teamwork, professional development, and a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and client expectations.
  • Oversee scheduling and staffing for 24/7 coverage.
  • Manage incident response and emergency situations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to assess service quality.
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet goals.
  • Oversee billing and invoicing accuracy.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
  • Supervise security supervisors and officers.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Ensure operational standards and support incident resolution.
