Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.
Experience in 24/7 security operations.
Experience managing budgets and meeting financial performance goals.
State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Security Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) (preferred, not required).
Bachelor’s in Risk Management, Business, HR, Law, or related field, preferred.
Tennessee Armed Security License, preferred

Responsibilities

Independently lead and manage a team of security supervisors and officers.
Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and professional development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations with constructive coaching and feedback.
Ensure all security operations comply with company policies, contract requirements and client expectations.
Make sure all employees have the proper security license at the time of hiring or complete their State Training Certification before working.
Track expiration dates for all security officer licenses and renew 90 days prior to expiration.
Report all new-hires and terminations to the State of TN.
Maintain personnel records.
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure continuous 24/7 security coverage.
Manage incident and emergency response to ensure swift resolution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet security expectations.
Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess service quality and address concerns.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and client satisfaction.
Oversee budget and cost control while maintaining service quality.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Oversee billing and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
