About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 7–10 years of related experience.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage branch operations.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Organized, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and supportive of company initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications, and Campana.
  • Ability to interpret business information and apply basic math concepts.

Nice To Haves

  • Travel, Notary, PennDOT, or Messwin experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members while modeling AAA Central Penn’s Core Values.
  • Set expectations, communicate effectively, and hold employees accountable to goals.
  • Foster engagement through recognition, support, and mentorship.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and remove barriers to a positive experience.
  • Drive branch profitability through innovative sales strategies and consistent goal tracking.
  • Manage staffing, inventory, cash balancing, reporting, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain required clearance for title/PennDOT work as well as Federal and State fingerprinting.
