This Branch Manager position is within PNC's retail organization, based in Houston, TX, and requires bilingual Spanish proficiency. PNC operates as an in-office company, promoting a collaborative and supportive culture. The role is responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that promote financial well-being. It involves creating a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment and collaborating with various ecosystem partners. The Branch Manager is accountable for risk management and compliance, and for building a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development. This includes utilizing a branded sales process to achieve sales targets, growing branch revenue through consumer and business household acquisition and share-of-wallet growth, and driving business banking results through community involvement. The manager coaches the team on consultative selling, client experience delivery, and technology-enabled interactions, ensuring effective problem resolution and a seamless customer experience. The role also focuses on the employee experience, talent development, performance management, and modeling PNC values for an inclusive workplace. Furthermore, it involves managing operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, exercising leadership to mitigate sales practice risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and established policies and procedures. Employees are expected to be customer-focused and adept at managing risk according to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. People managers are expected to cultivate diverse teams, role model values, drive change and innovation, deliver results, and develop talent.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish Required.
  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions (Customer Focused).
  • Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (Managing Risk).
