Role Summary We are looking for an aspiring Branch Manager to join our team at Third Federal. This role is ideal for Assistant Branch Managers or other people leaders looking to continue their growth in the banking industry. We will take you through an extensive training process to ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning, all while maintaining a great work/life balance. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team based environment and have a strong aptitude for exemplary customer service. Location: We have 15 branches in Florida, which are divided into three regions – Northwest, Southwest, and East Coast. During training, you will cycle through several branches in your region (Naples and Fort Myers). Once training is complete, we will work together to determine your home branch with your growth and business need in mind.
