Role Summary We are looking for an aspiring Branch Manager to join our team at Third Federal. This role is ideal for Assistant Branch Managers or other people leaders looking to continue their growth in the banking industry. We will take you through an extensive training process to ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning, all while maintaining a great work/life balance. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a team based environment and have a strong aptitude for exemplary customer service. Location: We have 15 branches in Florida, which are divided into three regions – Northwest, Southwest, and East Coast. During training, you will cycle through several branches in your region (Naples and Fort Myers). Once training is complete, we will work together to determine your home branch with your growth and business need in mind.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
3+ years of recent experience in a bank setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates
Proven track record in meeting multiple objectives and deadlines
Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
Recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications preferred
Recent experience taking conventional Mortgage Loan applications (purchase, construction/perm, refinance) preferred

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coach, train, and manage performance of branch staff
Ensure branch operational integrity and compliance in all branch policies and procedures
Provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meet or exceeds established standards
Ensure that team members exceed customer satisfaction expectations and demonstrate Third Federal’s values
Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote bank’s image and growth
Responsible for communicating and implementing changes to policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned or requested
