About The Position

The IDIQ Manager oversees all aspects of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, ensuring high-quality performance, compliance, reporting, and coordination across multiple task orders. This role ensures efficient delivery of services and strict adherence to contract terms, performance metrics, and government regulations.

Requirements

  • Five(5) years ofexperiencemanaging federal IDIQ or service contracts; or facilities management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field required; PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong background in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), performance-based contracting, and government reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier5Public Trust background check, if required for the position.
  • Must be able to maintainthe ability to access thegovernment worksite.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IDIQ contracts, from opportunity identification through task order execution
  • Develop andsupporttosolicitations, RFIs, and RFPs under assigned IDIQ vehicles
  • Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates to support customer planning and internal decisions
  • Define and develop Scopes of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives, and technical requirements for projects
  • Lead proposal development efforts, including technical, pricing, and compliance components
  • Source, evaluate, and select subcontractors through competitive RFQ and best‑value processes
  • Negotiate subcontract scope, pricing, and terms in alignment with task order requirements
  • Manage awarded subcontracts to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards
  • Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, and performance through project completion
  • Serve as the primary customer interface, providing status updates and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and applicable federal policies (e.g., DoD, service branch regulations).
  • Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and resources across multiple sites or task orders.
  • Work closely with corporateprogram management,contract management, finance, operationsleadership, and additional shared servicesto align contract performance, financial reporting, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service delivery and quality assurance.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely response to government concerns or changes in requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
