This role emphasizes small business expertise and development, aligning with Truist’s purpose of inspiring and building better lives and communities. Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. The leader is also responsible for human capital management, encompassing interviewing, selection, hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and workforce scheduling. The position may also require cross-training to assist with teller transactions as needed.
