Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience in distribution, retail, or an industrial environment.
Knowledge of electrical products and industry trends (or eagerness to learn!).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal systems.
The ability to juggle priorities, keep a cool head, and lead through change.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Lead and mentor team across sales, customer service, and warehouse operations.
Create a strong customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service every time.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and logistics to meet customer needs.
Partner with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
Ensure branch compliance with safety, operational, and company standards.
Build strong relationships with local customers and vendors as a key ambassador of the Fromm brand.
