What We’re Looking For: SuperCare Health is seeking a Branch Lead to support the daily operations of a single branch location and provide hands-on leadership to a small, patient-focused team . This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and is responsible for day-to-day oversight, operational execution, and team coordination to ensure high-quality service, compliance, and efficiency. The Branch Lead serves as a key on-site leader, helping translate branch goals into daily action, supporting Customer Care Specialists, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a lead, supervisor, or senior specialist role within healthcare, medical supplies, or a service-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day operations and team coordination.
  • Ability to support financial and performance goals through operational execution.
  • Experience working with inventory, ordering, or supply management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching and support.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Operations Oversight Support and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for operational questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and day-to-day performance support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with the Branch Manager to implement operational priorities and initiatives.
  • Financial & Performance Support Support the Branch Manager in tracking key performance indicators and location scorecards.
  • Monitor operational activities to help control costs and support financial targets.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Sales & Service Support Support branch sales efforts by reinforcing service excellence and timely follow-up.
  • Assist with maintaining strong relationships with referrals, patients, and internal partners.
  • Help promote core services and products through daily interactions and operational execution.
  • Communicate effectively between Customer Care Specialists, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment.
  • Purchasing & Inventory Coordination Assist with ordering and replenishment of key focus products in alignment with branch needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages or excess, and support regular inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of products in compliance with standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Customer Care Specialists and branch staff.
  • Reinforce accountability, quality standards, and customer-focused behaviors.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and competency validation prior to independent task execution.
  • Participate in interviewing and staffing decisions in collaboration with the Branch Manager and Field HR.
  • Customer Experience Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to patients and referral partners.
  • Support Customer Care Specialists in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Help implement branch-level strategies to improve the patient and customer experience.
  • Reporting & Communication Share operational updates, concerns, and performance insights with the Branch Manager.
  • Assist in preparing routine operational and performance reports as needed.
  • Escalate risks, compliance concerns, or service issues appropriately.
  • Health & Safety Compliance Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Reinforce safety practices and address hazards or concerns in real time.
