About The Position

In the role of a Branch Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for staff support and processes related to branch operations. The Branch Lead will assist with departmental training and the maintenance of departmental procedures and compiling information for management review. Additionally, will be assisting in the completion of required periodic audits and negotiable instruments on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree is a plus.
  • 3 years branch experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Exceptional member service and communication skills resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues.
  • Experience working in an Agile development and project management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of credit union products and services, applicable regulations and guidelines in a credit union or bank environment.
  • Strong knowledge and capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required.
  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Supports Branch Manager/Business Unit Supervisor in attaining branch goals and objectives.
  • Ensures operational and branch duties are conducted in accordance with policies and legal and regulatory requirements. Verify completeness and accuracy of all outgoing branch work including day end branch reconciliation.
  • Promotes new loan and deposit products and services to achieve branch growth goals. Build and promote a member focused environment by building and maintaining positive member relationships.
  • Assures ATM’s are serviced as needed and balanced to GL’s. Performs scheduled ATM audits as required.
  • Monitors and reports suspected money laundering, structuring or other suspicious activity in accordance with BSA. Complete CTR’s for required transactions. Provides CTRs & SARs to Compliance Officer for review, filing and records retention.
